The Delta Omega Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, was established on December 14, 1923 by Brothers A. A. Kildare of Gamma Chapter, Harry C. Graves of Psi Chapter, and the late Joshua L. Heartwell of Delta Chapter.

The Strength of our Chapter lies In The diversity of our membership. We have Brothers of various ages and professional backgrounds in Military Service, Law, Medicine, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Technology, Finance, Politics, Law Enforcement, Education and Non-Profit Leadership. The Brothers of Delta Omega Chapter are proud to be a part of the Petersburg Community supporting wide range of educational and humanitarian activities.
Programs
During the past 99 years, Delta Omega Chapter has carried out the four cardinal principals of the fraternity; Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift. Activities have been initiated in many of the areas public schools, churches, and in the communities of Petersburg, Virginia.
