The Brothers of Delta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. would like to welcome you to our website. We are a graduate chapter that is composed of a large contingent of men that were born, raised, educated and or currently residing in Petersburg, Virginia.


I am honored to serve as Basileus of the Delta Omega Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. It is an honor and my duty to lead this distinguished chapter in community service and uplift throughout the Tri-Cities Petersburg, Hopewell, Prince George County, Colonial Heights and surrounding areas.

On behalf of the Men of Delta Omega, we appreciate your interest in learning about our dedication and hard-working chapter. Since its inception in 1923, Delta Omega has set ambitious goals for serving our communities, making a positive, and significant impact.

In partnership with the Delta Omega Foundation, Inc., we actively engage with local and state government by supporting community service projects, The Male Protégé Program, health initiatives, voter registration, mentoring services, and scholarships to graduating seniors. We also showcase their talents through our annual Omega Talent Hunt program.

The Delta Omega Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, was established on December 14, 1923 by Brothers A. A. Kildare of Gamma Chapter, Harry C. Graves of Psi Chapter, and the late Joshua L. Heartwell of Delta Chapter.
 
 

Charter Members

Members

The Strength of our Chapter lies In The diversity of our membership. We have Brothers of various ages and professional backgrounds in Military Service, Law, Medicine, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Technology, Finance, Politics, Law Enforcement, Education and Non-Profit Leadership. The Brothers of Delta Omega Chapter are proud to be a part of the Petersburg Community supporting wide range of educational and humanitarian activities.
 
 

Programs

During the past 100 years, Delta Omega Chapter has carried out the four cardinal principles of the fraternity; Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift. Activities have been initiated in many of the areas public schools, churches, and in the communities of Petersburg, Virginia.
